412 Precondition Failed

  • Hi all,
    I’m facing a problem with my WordPress. Recently my website got hacked and it was fixed. Then I cleared up all my WordPress and reinstalled it back again. However, I wanted to change my Permalink to ‘month and name’ instead of the default. Upon clicking ‘save changes’, I got:

    Precondition Failed

    The precondition on the request for the URL /wp-admin/options-permalink.php evaluated to false.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I’ve checked numerous suggestions from passed threads in this forum and tried a lot of them, including reinstalling and updating wordpress but still I faced the same problem.
