Upgraded to 3.0 And Now I Can’t Add New Post

Hello,

I viewed my site (2.9.2) and it was blank. So I then upgraded to 3.0 and the site went back live. Happy. Now, I can’t seem to post anything new? I’m not a gear head nor a tech head but this seems to be the only thing not working after the upgrade.

I did get to post like one or two posts between yesterday and today which is weird since every single time I’ve tried to post, it just seems to give me the connection timed out message.

I’ve tried disabling my plug-ins and activating them one by one but still no avail. Also, every time I try to go to another page or section in the dashboard, it’s taking more than forever.

any help is appreciated and please try to explain in plain english, not an ultra-techy computer guy but am savvy enough to follow, I hope.
