4.2.4 Update Screwed Up Layout

  • After performing the update to 4.2.4, my website (https://whorangthebell.com) has an issue with the header. The Quotes, from the “QuotesCollection” plugin have been bumped down outside the space created to display them.

    I’ve played with the code a little but nothing happens, nothing changed with any plugins or code between updating to 4.2.4. Literally the second after it was updated the quotes were pushed out of alignment.

  • It looks like you just tried to line the image up with the quotes. I was able to get the bottom of the text to line up with the bottom of the white space by removing the padding, but that’s not really a good answer. Your best bet would be to remove the text bubble from the image and apply it as a background to the quotes.
