    Hi, I have just installed Updraft Plus on a new website and I am getting the following errors listed below. Note the site has been moved from a host that was using CPanel to their new host using Direct Admin.

    Do I need the premium version to fix these issues?

    0000.016 (0) PHP event: code E_WARNING: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/cpanel) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/mysite/:/tmp:/var/tmp:/opt/alt/php81/usr/share/pear/:/dev/urandom:/usr/local/lib/php/:/usr/local/php81/lib/php/) (line 441, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/class-updraftplus.php)

    0000.014 (0) PHP event: code E_WARNING: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/proc/user_beancounters) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/mysite/:/tmp:/var/tmp:/opt/alt/php81/usr/share/pear/:/dev/urandom:/usr/local/lib/php/:/usr/local/php81/lib/php/) (line 190, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/backup.php)

    Thanks for all your help

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Kind Regards,
    Bryle

    The warning message your are getting is a restriction imposed by your hosting. It’s nothing to worry about though, your backup looks really good.
