    no support?

I have the plugin deactivated as it conflicts with something I do not know

There is a JS (“jQuery is not defined”) error on your site. It points to the ajaxyLiveSearch script starting at line 279 in your source. Maybe try deactivating this to see if CF7 works then?

    thank you SiGa,
I deactivated Live search, but it did not work

What I remember exactly is that that day I only updated CF7 plugin and the website started giving errors. So the reasons must be somewhere there.

Is there a way to download and install the previous version of CF7?

Please be sure to clear any cache you might have – I still do see that JS error. You should also use an online-validator maybe to find and close the stray HTML tags you have (they might cause further errors sooner or later). A noscript tag is involved.
Older versions are available here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/contact-form-7/developers/
But my 2 cents: Going back to an older version and being forced to stay with it isn′t as good as finding the source of the problem (do the deactivate-plugins test maybe, don′t forget scripts you might have implemented in a different way).

    thank you again SiGa,

I do not have any cache plugin.
Live search is deactivated now [last time I turned it off and turned it on]
I checked with the online-validator and there are some errors there

Can you check if error is still there?
Or may be I contact the theme authors?

JS error seems to be gone.
I don′t think the HTML errors are caused by the theme (you could check the theme demo to see if you see the same there). Rather by plugins or content.
    I don′t want to go off-topic though – I′d still recommend the deactivate-plugins/scripts test.

Thank you again SiGa for your kind help,

I deactivated Sahifa theme and activated Twenty Fifteen default theme … and the CF7 is working perfectly again [I checked].

Does it mean that the problem is in the theme?

If all plugins were on at this time, it′s possible. I don′t know that theme (or which scripts or plugins it might have got included), so I couldn′t tell for sure.
But it seems quite obvious that it′s not CF7 being the problem…

    It was theme problem
I contacted the support and they solved it.
Thank you SiGa for help (y)

  • The topic ‘4.5 version messed up images and settings, so I had to deactivate it until the b’ is closed to new replies.
