4.6 Compatibility?

Hi, there should be no issues with WordPress 4.6 … can you share a link?

After seeing a “replacement plugin” by someone else was acting up, I decided to reinstall your plugin – I really prefer yours!

Here are just a few examples that are within my top menu – on the School of No Media site: https://schoolofnomedia.com:

P.S.: I don’t remember adding another plugin since the time your plugin worked – the latest updates only involve updating plugins and WP.

For me, on the latest Chrome browser, all the links (youtube/vimeo/images) in your menu seem to be working fine. Are you having issues when logged in? Did you try logging out or visiting your site in an anonymous browser window?

The only thing I can think of that could be interfering, is the popup plugin you are using. It has another lightbox that could conclict in some cases. If you are using that plugin only for that automatic popup on the home page? Easy FancyBox can be used to do that too…

BTW, I noticed the front page slider back/forward buttons (and bullets) do not work. I see no errors in console so I could not say why it is happening but the issue might be related…

It is strange that this would make a difference. I assume you are saying that this particular issue could have to do with the similarity between my two plugins.

I could not duplicate your back/forward button/bullet issue. I am using a Mac, just in case this would be of relevance.

I am already quite set up with that other Popup plugin, so I am not sure what to do… I will ponder this further.

There have been others that encountered this issue but I have never seen it myself. I’d like to see it live if possible. Is there any way you could make me a temporary account on your site? You can use the e-mail that can be found in the plugin’s readme.txt file so I’ll receive the login link and info upon creation. You can then delete the account again afterwards…

No, it was just a thought. It is possible but it can just as well be something else.

I suspect that there is another plugin that loads a script only when a user is logged in (maybe something in the admin bar) that conflicts with the fancybox script. If you want to find out, you could try disabling all other plugins or (if that did not help) switch to the default theme temporarily… Or use the browsers development tools (script console tab) to see what script errors are occurring…
