4.9 and other answer checkbox problem

Hi, as I mentioned in another posts, I can confirm that after updating to 4.9, when I write my own answer, the checkbox (for other item) remain unchecked and the item will not be stored!
As you can see, the id of the checkbox and the one in the JavaScript call, are different, so the checkbox remain unchecked and no answer will be stored..

I Don’t know if the wrong code is in the yop_poll_mod or in the JS
Can you provide a tmp fix?thank you!
