    Hello!

    I’m constantly getting the 499 error in server access logs as shown on screenshot.

    Plugin is working in Bypassing Nginx mode. Site’s hosted on shared hosting account — web-server config files are unavailable to edit. Just a few options via hosting control panel. I can control file extensions for which the Nginx server is used for accelerated serving.

    Is there a way to get more info on this issue to resolve it? Or any advices or tricks maybe?

    Thanks in advance!

    @mateuszgbiorczyk, ok, done.

    I’ll check logs in a few hours and let you know.

    @mateuszgbiorczyk, works like a charm. Plugin off – no error.??

    @namzzz Thank you – now please do some tests:

    1. Please activate the plugin and disable the “Automatically convert new images when uploading to Media Library” option in the plugin settings. Are there new entries in the access logs now?
    2. If there is nothing in the access logs in the first test, please activate the “Automatically convert new images when uploading to Media Library” option in the plugin settings. Are there any new entries in the access logs now?

    @mateuszgbiorczyk, first step done. I’ll check logs later and report.

    @mateuszgbiorczyk, both steps done and an hour passed after second one – still no errors.

    @namzzz Thank you for your time!

    I’m still surprised, but that means everything is working fine now. In that case, leave it as it is – with the “Automatically convert new images when uploading to Media Library” option active.

    @mateuszgbiorczyk, thanks for your time too!

    I’ll leave it as it is and keep my eye on it. Maybe some clue will come up when content manager will add new products with new photos.

    @namzzz If new images are added, there will be entries in the access log for sure. But they shouldn’t appear in the loop all the time.
