4x ACTUAL number of conversion

  • Hi guys

    For some reason I am seeing 30 “purchases” in Facebook when in fact there has been less than 10.

    I’m using server side tracking.

    I’m wondering if it could be from people purchasing free eBooks after the initial purchase so then it blows out the number of purchases..?

    I have the active tracking trigger set as:

    Page visit
    URL contains: order-received

    Is this correct for woocommerce?

    Do you do paid work to configure both FB and the pixel correctly?

    It seems as though the “purchase” event is occurring on product pages not just the order-received page… see below. How to fix this?
