4×6 packing labels

Hi,
I am looking for an option where i can print packing slips, in bulk from woocommerce on 4 up labels, like this one:

do you have a solution for this or can you create one? The solution would have to be able to print on more than 1 small label if the number of order lines were so long it would not fit on a single label.
Please advise
