    After updating to 5.3.3, when in Campaigns click Send Broadcast on top of the page and it goes to an empty page with this heading. Campaigns Gallery items
    Never had this problem before.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    On our end the Gallery items page is looking something similar to this. On the page, there are options to create campaign from scratch or use existing templates.

    Is Create from scratch option isn’t available on your end? We suspect it might be due to conflict with other plugins or theme.

    In this case, will it be possible for you to perform a conflict test on your site? You may need to temporarily disable all other plugins except the Email Subscribers plugin and switch to a default WordPress theme.

    We recommend doing the troubleshooting using the Health Check plugin which disables all the plugins and switches the current theme to the default theme only for the current logged-in user when troubleshooting mode is enabled. It does not affect other users or site visitors. You can get the Health Check plugin from here. After enabling the troubleshooting mode, activate the Email Subscribers plugin, and check if the issue is resolved or not.

    This has not been resolved. Tried everything suggested, but no luck. I have multiple websites with this problem. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to work out the problem and testing other plug-ins as replacements. I made sure my php on the server was up to date. I was even thinking going old school and using a cgi script as a replacement. As for now I’ve been sticking with the last working version 5.3.2. I have the same problem as benji337, all that shows is a heading Campaigns Galley items at the top and nothing else.

    We are extremely sorry for the issue still not resolved for you.

    We suspect the issue might be due to some JavaScript errors on the Gallery items page. Can you please check is there any JavaScript error being logged in the browser console when you go to the Gallery items page? You can refer to this documentation on how to check for JavaScript errors.
