5.7.1 : Client host rejected: Permanent Reject

A couple of weeks ago emails stopped being sent from WooCommerce. I’m now getting a 5.7.1 error: 5.7.1 <unknown[xx.xx.xxx.xx]>: Client host rejected: Permanent Reject
Connectivity test tells me: ? Port 465 is open, but not to smtp.flockmail.comEmails are being sent with SMTP from my desktop client so it seems the plugin is causing the issue. Can you help me diagnose?
