5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful

    I am having issues with the authentication. All the SMTP settings and login info is right. Also I have enabled authenticated SMTP in the Microsoft 365 Admin. Still i get an error: 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Contact your administrator. [AM0PR04CA0048.eurprd04.prod.outlook.com]

    How do i fix this?

    I have installed the beta version. Still I get the same error:

    Please share the Post SMTP plugin setting page screenshot.

    Actually, it’s a setting or 365 Configuration issue, you can configure any other email account like Gmail and test it if it works fine then it’s an office 365 account configuration issue.

    Follow the below guide and screenshot and configure the account again.
