5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful

I am having issues with the authentication. All the SMTP settings and login info is right. Also I have enabled authenticated SMTP in the Microsoft 365 Admin. Still i get an error: 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Contact your administrator. [AM0PR04CA0048.eurprd04.prod.outlook.com]
How do i fix this?
