Hi, I’m getting 5 Jetpack errors when editing posts and pages or creating new ones. I started getting the errors after updating to Jetpack V13.0.

? The “jetpack-subscriptions” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.
? The “jetpack-sharing” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.
? The “jetpack-seo” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.
? The “jetpack-publicize” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.
? The “jetpack-likes” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.

Subscriptions, SEO, Publicize and Likes are all Jetpack features I’m not using.

I’ve tried disabling all plugins (still see the errors), and I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting to Jetpack.

I can click the X on each error message and they go away, everything seems to be working OK.

Do you have any suggestions how to fix the issue?

    Thanks

    Dan

    Hi there

Our developers have been looking into this, but so far have been unable to reproduce the issue.

If you’re still seeing these errors, could you please check for any JavaScript errors in your browser console when you see the error messages? If you’re not sure how to do that, you can read more here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis

If there are any errors there, please provide a screenshot so we can investigate further. Again, if you want to keep that private, you can contact us here instead.

Thanks. Our developers are still having trouble reproducing this issue. It seems to be related to outdated plugins or Gutenberg blocks causing errors in the editor, but it’s difficult to pin down.

If you’re still seeing the errors after updating to Jetpack 13.1.1, we’ll need to do some deeper investigation on your site.

Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?

    Thanks

Hi, thanks for the reply. The problem seems to have gone away. An hour ago I still had the problem (with Jetpack version 13.1.1 installed).

After reading your last message, I wanted to check to see if it was another plugin causing the problem so I tried disabling all plugins (except Jetpack) and this time the problem went away.

I enabled all plugins and the problem has not come back.

Thanks for helping with the issue, I will close this thread and mark it as resolved. If the issue comes back, I’ll use the link you provided.

    Thanks

    Dan

Thanks for confirming. There might have been some outdated packages in another plugin that were updated during the disable/enable process.

Please let us know if this starts happening again.
