5 hours off from WordPress timezone

The [is-open] shortcode shows the wrong status. It looks like it is 5 hours off from what is defined in Opening Hours. It is currently 9:40 am. If I set the opening hours from 4 am, it will say closed. Setting it to 3 am changes it to open. Timezone in WordPress is correct. Any ideas? It worked fine up until today (no changes made).
