5 or more users glitch

    Hi,

    While testing my website today. I realized that once a user selects more than 5 users i.e. 8 users or 9 users, Instead of redirecting the user to the cart page the plugin redirects them to the homepage of the website. I’m unable to figure out what is wrong here. Can your team please help me out with this?

    Hey There!

    I actually think the issue is not with Groups for MemberMouse, but rather the javascript that is used to populate the “pricing” button. I tried 15 users and it worked properly. Though Users 6, 7, etc go to the home page with the correct query string attached to it.

    My bet is that in your javascript function, you aren’t adding “/checkout/” to the URL.

    6 users sends me to: https://domain.com/?rid=pAaI7u&cf_3=11
    when it should send me to: https://domain.com/checkout/?rid=pAaI7u&cf_3=11 (notice the /checkout/ in there!)

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for replying. I’m still not sure what could be wrong. The link that I have on the button has ‘checkout’. This is the link that is placed on the pricing button: https://complianceupdate.policymed.com/checkout/?rid=p6z2Xk&cf_3=10

    Can you tell me what seems wrong with this and how can it be fixed?

    Since this isn’t a plugin issue, I can only help you by logging in as an admin and seeing the javascript that is triggered by clicking that button. Happy to do it, but you’d have to reach out to me at [email protected] in order to get that started.
