5 out of 5 for support and service

OK, so the plugin had a few new version teething problems, nothing is perfect in this fast growing techy world of ours, but the service and support given was fantastic.

Also reinforces that the onus of making backups us is with the WP owners, so that no issue is catastrophic, certainly learned my lesson there.

Best admin/access plugin around, best support as well.
