    I reported the issue with the free version of this plugin. The support was very nice. Even checked my site and found the problem. When reporting an issue for a free plugin, I never expect this level of support. I mainly wanted to help the team by letting them know of a problem, but they went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fixed. It was not just adding it to a roadmap.

    I always recommend this backup plugin, and I will keep doing so.
