    Hi there,

No, I am afraid that the video is not useful to fix my problem.

    Hi,
    I see the issue persists.

Please do the following steps to rule out any conflicts –

    1. Deactivate all plugins but Elementor and check if there is any change, if there is, please activate the plugins one by one to find the culprit
    2. In case there is no change please change your Theme to for example twenty twenty and see if it is a theme conflict
    3. If that does not work please delete Elementor, clear cache, and reinstall, then Go to Elementor > Tools on your WordPress dashboard. Click Regenerate CSS.

Please let me know how it goes.
