Hi. When clicking “Place Bid” it takes them to a 500 error. How to fix it?
    WordPress 5.1, WooCommerce 3.5.5, Flatsome 3.8.0

    Ok. I send the message.

    Hi Nitesh
I’m in the process of testing your plugin, and unfortunately I get the same error when clicking the Place Bid button.
    Using Twenty Seventeen theme.
    Can you advise please?

    Hi @deved1963 ,

We tested on below config with 2017 theme and IT WORKS FINE:

    1. WordPress : 5.1,
    2. WooCommerce version : 3.5.5
    3. and PHP version : 7.0.33-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

Kindly share yours and if all are latest then suspect site specific issue. Kindly write to us nitesh[at]auctionplugin[dot]net to coordinate further.

    Hi Nitesh

    Current Versions
    – PHP Version: 5.4.45
However when I go to select the PHP version, cPanel advises I’m at version 5.6
    – MySQL Version: 10.0.37-MariaDB-cll-lve
    – WordPress version: 4.9.9

    Upgraded to
    – PHP: 7.2
    – MySQL (unchanged)
    – WordPress: 5.1
    – WooCommerce: 3.5.5

This is the link https://www.empicentre.com.au/shop/uncategorised/auction-test/ and still receiving 500 Internal Server Error, even though the bid does get placed.

Everything else seems to be working well. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Hi @deved1963,

Could you please try to increase PHP Memory Limit in WordPress.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

If this does not work then would need to debug further. Could you please write to nitesh[at]auctionplugin[dot]net to coordinate further?

    Regards,
    Nitesh
