    The chat box doesn’t work when I added it to this page. When I submit a chat message, I get this error: This page isn’t workinginfertilityawareness.org is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    Please help me fix this error.

    It sounds like a conflict with another plugin, or possibly some PHP function is not enabled on the server. In order to help, we need to know the actual description of the 500 error. You can find it in your site’s error log. Ask your web host if unsure where to find it, they will be happy to help.
