500 error

After activating the plugin, the interface and wpadmin show 500 error.
At this stage, I delete the debug.log file in the wpcontent area. a new one is created after a few seconds. error logs for about 10 different plugins appear in the debug.log file.
I change the plugin filename in the plugins file on ftp in order to determine which plugin is causing problems. but the error continues in the same way even if I try to load the page after changing each filename.
what would be a different way of detecting the error?
