500 Error after trying everything

Ive tried everything to get this to work
– upped memory limit
– upped execution time
– upgradge to php 5.3
– upgraded to php 5.4
– rescanning
– turning off pluginshere are two errors in my logs that I get
mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 120 seconds, referer https://thejetsetgirls.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=duplicator&tab=new2
End of script output before headers: admin-ajax.php, referer https://thejetsetgirls.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=duplicator&tab=new2
