500 Error – Astra 1.2.7

We have updated the theme to v1.2.7.2 which fixes this issue.

I can confirm that this update fixes the 500 error.
However the other problem of mine still persist but I’ll make another thread about this and mark this as resolved.

I have the same issue, i updated astra theme and it went to maintenance mode. But it is not coming out of it. after waited for long i deleted the .maintenance file. It is still not working. Could you please help how to fix it? I can’t even login to dashboard.

Seems like the theme is broken, I have backed up all files, but not sure which one should i upload. Could you please suggest?

The theme seems incomplete on your site. The update must not have completed correctly.

You can download the theme manually from www.ads-software.com and install it using your FTP.

It worked, i found the /htdocs/wp-content/themes/astra/inc/class-astra-after-setup-theme.php file was missing, i reloaded the file from my backup. and it started working.
