500 error for plugin

  • We are getting a 500 error when trying to access the plugin and the plugin no longer works.
    Any ideas for debugging or recommended dev for support on this issue?

    Describe your environment a bit,.please. which version of the plugin is installed, whhich version of PHP is installed. What was the last action before you got the 500 error?
