500 error on BACKUP tab

  • I am having the same issue. When I click to backup database before going through the rest of the Better WP Security setup, I am getting a 500 server error. I am running site on Linux Apache VPS with WP 3.5. Please help!

    Me too have problem using the backup feature of this plugin. But if I use other plugin to backup my website, everything is just fine. I think this plugin is not optimize for computer with low resource environment (share hosting).

    I use BackUpWordPress, it said it will works even in low memory, “shared host” environments.

    same problem here…
