500 Error on Frontend / Backend loads

I started getting a 500 error on my site’s front end with the following error repeating in the debug log:

PHP Warning: require_once(C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-super-cache\plugins\multisite): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-super-cache\wp-cache-phase1.php on line 47
