Recently, all users are getting a 500 error when they try to submit registration to webinars. Here is an example of a webinar with the issue:

I have tried various things including deleting and reinstalling the plugin, refreshing the API Key as well as disabling my caching and optimization plugins but no joy!

    Any tips?

    Thanks

Hi @eponline, I was able to register for one of your webinars fine even though in the console it was bringing a 500 error. In regards to settings, do you have the plugin setup to go to a thank you page? Because it doesn’t look like you have set a custom thank you message? Maybe this is the issue?

    Thanks,

Hi there – I tried setting a custom thank you message, and also setting to redirect to a custom thankyou page, but the behavior didn’t change sadly…

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi @eponline,

I have released a fix in version 11.1 which was just released then. This may solve your issue. Let me know how you go. Thanks,

@northernbeacheswebsites I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
