500 Error on using filemanager

    Hello,

    On using your filemanager i get an error message “Unable to connect to backend.
    HTTP error 500”. I can’t access the ui and can’t do anything. Can you help me?

    Hey,

    Please uninstall other file manager if you installed any. It will start working.

    I have the same issue, how can I uninstall or do anything if the backend has crashed.
    I wouldn’t have used this plugin if I had access to FTP or cPanel.

    Please help ASAP as my site is shut.
