500 error suddenly

  • suddenly I am getting a 500 error when trying to access my site. When I go to admin…it tells me that the database cannot connect. I have checked all my settings in the admin-php they appear correct. The data base is ok from what I can tell. I need help as this is a charity site and every minute I’m down, costs donations. Can someone please help.

  • If it worked till now and you did not do anything to it… why not contacting the host, instead of asking here?
