500 error when using shortcode

  • Hi, I’ve updated everything to the latest version, and believe that I’m using everything correctly. The token is up to date, but when I add the shortcode to a page I get a 500 error from the webserver.

    EDIT: I’ve fixed this. It was due to incorrect permissions on the plugin’s cache folder. When I updated the plugin this must have been reset.
