500 error while sync coupon

I am getting following error when I create a coupon

A couple of places to check that things are in place, first:

• Showing coupons on Google Shopping listings is currently available in Australia, Canada, Germany, France, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Is your store selling in those parts of the world, or otherwise? Related documentation linked here, for reference.
• In WordPress back-end, at the screen under Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Settings:
  • Is the contact information set up, and verified?
  • Are all 3 linked accounts linked and connected?

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

Thanks for the additional information.

Circling back to the initial screenshot, I see no products have been synced to Google Merchant Center. Since coupons are synced alongside products, I’d recommend resolving the issue impacting products sync on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

Please check the account issue (screenshot) and resolve it to ensure your products are synced to Google Merchant Center. If the issue persists afterwards, the suggestion action “read more about this issue” should provide additional insights on the issue. (You can share the linked documentation here with us. The error returned is generic but the linked documentation should provide better insight).

For clarification, I’m unable to replicate the issue on my end so I suspect it’s related to the account issue. We’ll be able to help further once that’s resolved and products are synced to Google Merchant Center.

@sukafia I have over 1000+ active products listed in GMC & the account issue is non related (its there for lifetime I guess, already spoke to Google)
