Hi, when trying to access the Ultimate FAQ page as a non-logged in user, it throws a 500 server error. I’ve checked the log and it’s showing PHP hitting memory limits.

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 983040 bytes) in XXXX/XXXX/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4757

Also another weird issue I’ve noticed is on mobile when the page initially loads from the link, the whole page is unresponsive to taps. But if I refresh the page, everything is fine.

    Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi dobbler,

This sounds like you have either a theme issue, a conflict with another plugin, or content in one or more of your FAQs that is causing a problem with page loading.

If you temporarily enable a default WordPress theme, does it make any difference?

If you temporarily deactivate all other plugins, does it make any difference?

If not, then run tests with fewer FAQs to see if you can isolate which FAQ (or FAQs) might have problem content. You can do this by using attributes in the shortode, such as include_category or post_count, to reduce the number of FAQs that show.

    Hi again dobbler,

Are you, by any chance, using the SiteOrigin Page Builder? We found an infinite loop issue being caused by SiteOrigin Page Builder’s application of content filtering. We’ve just released version 2.0.8, which includes a workaround for this.
