500 errors after plugin update

After updating the plugin from 4.0.17 to 4.1.0.1 get 500 errors when accessing wp-admin pages like edit.php or post-new.php, with or without deactivating other plugins. Deactivating AIO the errors disappear.
Have rolled back to 4.0.17 and all works fine.

Any ideas?

PHP 7.3, multisite, (this is *not* a woocommerce site, mentioning because I see other support thread)
