500 Errors When Trying to Disable Plugin

Hello,

I’m trying to disable the plugin temporarily to identify if there’s any conflicts with the plugin but every time I do, it brings down my entire site with 500 errors. So much so, that my hosting provider spent an hour trying to find the root problem and re-enable the plugin but ultimately had to restore a backup of my site.

Is this an issue you’ve experienced before?
