500 HTTP Status on sandbox

    Hello,
    First of all let me thank you for this fantastic plugin.

    I’m facing some issues when trying to run some tests through sandbox mode. Basically I’m receiving a 500 status and I noticed that it will only happen if sandbox mode is enabled.

    I have followed all your instructions, setting up the notification URL on MercadoPago (not sure if I also need to setup the woocommerce “order-received” slug to your values). I also created a new test user under their API etc.

    On the Notification URL on mercadopago it shows two checkboxes: payment and merchant_order, should I set your given URL for both of those?

    I’m using WC 2.5.

    If I switch the plugin to production mode, then when I test the URL I get a 200 status code, but I’m not being able to test things on sandbox mode at all, It says “Order Recieved” but the order status will sleep on “pending payment” forever.

    I have been going through the support messages already placed a little more (because I did before posting).

    I found that the 500 status is correct: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/website-not-sending-new-order-notification-when-using-mercadopago?replies=1

    How can I do then, in sandbox mode, to see the order behaviour? if it changes to paid, etc? It is still showing pending.

    @jpisanu it’s normal 500 when you try to access the URL directly.
    It works correctly in Sandbox, I test this using Sandbox.
    Maybe you have mod_security or another thing blocking the MercadoPago requests.
    I’m now working to integrate subscriptions for this plugin I sandbox works fine, so I’m closing it here.

    Hola Claudio, continúo en espa?ol porque he visto que lo hablas fluído, así que mejor ??

    Te comento que seguí todos tus pasos al pié de la letra para configurar el plugin. Incluso leí la documentación de MP y creé un usuario de prueba (es así como estás probando vos?)

    Checkeé que mi servidor (Digital Ocean + Serverpilot) no tuviera mod_security activado y no lo tiene. Tampoco tengo cloudflare ni ningún firewall.

    Las órdenes de prueba continúan en estado “Pendiente de Pago” y nunca salen de ahí.

    Voy a realizar algunas pruebas más pero por el momento el problema lo sigo teniendo.

    Te mantengo al tanto si tengo alguna novedad, y si no logro que funcione me vuelvo a comunicar para pedirte ayuda.
