500 Internal Error on Log in page

I am getting a 500 Internal Error when I try to log into the wp-login.php page. This is on all wordpress sites with miniOrange Authentication. All were just updated and now I can not access the dashboards of any of them. How do I fix this? There is no where on the log in page to bypass the login with the cellphone.
