    Hey Turgun,

Sorry to hear that, I unfortunately can not reproduce this issue at my end. But generally, a 500 internal error is a server issue, and if this is happening by only activating the plugin and not running it, you should drop a note to your hosting company to let them know, if this is however happing when you try to import feeds and assuming you have a lot of feeds, this probably means your server host is not powerful enougth to handle the fetching (which normally doesn’t request a lot of ressources ), so in this case, you might start shopping around for a new hosting company…. BUT, this is just speculation since I don’t know exactly why you’re getting that error, I can see your server logs and can’t reproduce the issue here, I hope this helps.

Thanks a bunch for reaching out.

    Cheers,

    Hi there,

I have had 500 Server Error with this wonderful plugin and after some debugging the issue with my VPS was in the PHP Settings of the domain.

To cut to the chase, just select the value to “none” in the “open_basedir” menu of the PHP Settings.

    This shold solve the issue.

    Regards,
    Vladimir
