500 Internal Server error

I’m still having issues trying to get at my admin panel and the site loading.
I tried renaming the plugins folder, that wasn’t it.
not sure if it’s a corrupt config file or htaccess files and I’m always a little confused on how to repair those anyways.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
