500 Internal Server Error

    After downgrading to an older WP version because of theme compatibility issues I’ ve noticed that my products links don’t work. The pages links work but not the products.
    Permalinks seem to be O.K.

    In fact I get a 500 Internal Server Error page on every product of the site.

    Any thoughts?

    500 errors are related to your server issues or many long response time.

    You might want to optimize your website speed.

    Is your shopping plugin compatible with the version of WordPress you have rolled back to? You may need to roll back your plugins as well…

    Hi,

    There are no shopping plugins installed.
    All the plugins which are activated are compatible with this version of WP.

    A page like this example works https://www.test.com/company
    A page like this example doesn’t https://www.test.com/products/product1/
    (The above links are random, not the actual site)

    So far I’ ve tried creating a new .htaccess file in case it was a problem but no luck.
