    Hello Ben,

I’ve been following a few other threads about this, but both of them seem to be related to external urls. So I thought I’d make a new thread.

Ever since the wordpress made the change to how they handle SVG uploads (4.6? 4.5?) I’ve been having trouble with uploading SVGs on my local environments. However, on all the live sites I have, the uploads seem to work fine.

The 500 Internal Server Error comes up whenever I’m trying to view something in the media library in GRID mode, or on an upload prompt, however The SVG shows up normally in LIST mode.

    Error 1
    Error 2
    Error 3
    Error 4

I’m using Vagrantpress as my development enviroment.

    Current PHP version: 7.0.16-3+deb.sury.org~trusty+1

The Live sites are all running on GoDaddy servers, which run either 5.4 or 5.5.

I have tried the attachment-modal.php fix, and had no results. I’ve also tried running JQuery Monitor, but can’t seem to find out how to have it give me more information about the AJAX call.

    Hi there,

Do you see errors in the console? That might point us in the right direction.

I see in the screenshot the error for the ajax, is that the only error?

Yeah, that’s the only one, heres the extended view.

    Error5
    Error6

It fires whenever I switch my filter to a Month that has an SVG, or when scrolling to the end of the grid, if an SVG would get loaded.

Hmmm, I think I’ll have to setup the same environment to reproduce the issue and troubleshoot.
I will try to do that as soon as possible.

    Hi @super-powered,

    Thanks for your patience!
I believe this is fixed in version 2.3.7 so I will mark as resolved, please let me know if your issue persists.

    Cheers
    Ben
