500 Internal Server Error

I am sorry that you get such an error.

Do you mean it happens when you update the plugin or when you update a single ad?

If related to a plugin update, can you update other plugins from www.ads-software.com? There shouldn’t be a difference between them. The only thing we might do on an update that is touching files outside the plugin directory is updating the ad blocker fix folder. If you have that option enabled then please try disabling it.

I still get the error after the latest plugin update.
Yes it is happening when I try to update an advanced ad. All other plugins and wp are up to date.

did you check the adblocker fix option?

Could you please try if it works when you remove the Advanced Ads folder from the plugin directory and do a clean install? No data will be lost.

From php56 to php72.
I can create new ads, it just I cannot modify them afterwards…

Thanks for your feedback. I just tested with PHP 7.0.8 and will test with 7.1.6 tomorrow. I don’t have access to 7.2 yet, though.

Could you please enable debug.log as described here and let me know if there is an error when you try to modify an ad?

thanks for testing with debug.log enabled.

I tested with 7.1.10 without any issues.

Unfortunately, I have to wait until 7.2 is officially out in order to further work on this.
