Hi my site is experiencing a big problem it is totally inaccessible , I cant even log in…https://smartaccounting.com.au

I added two plug-ins yesterday (landing pages and leads) finalised and posted three posts this morning, approved the ping-backs etc and all was fine for a day and a half.

about 3.30pm AEST today it fully crashed and locked me out – the site is down and I can not access wp-admin.

Steps since then in order of operation – I tried a)it didn’t work I then moved to b) and when that didnt work I then on to c) now I am desperate and posting for help here ??

    a) using FTP file manager renamed plugin folders
    b) using the phpmyadmin – disable plugins in the database
    c) re-installed 3.6 using all the steps per the codex instructions from https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended

all this is to no avail – there has been no change I still get the 500 error

I am not a web developer, so now I urgently need some help please

I have checked with the go-daddy site and it is up and fine and running and I can access the files via FTP – the site is just down.

    thanks

No error logs – please help…

We cannot do that without a more specific error message. Error 500 is too generic. Contact your hosts for assistance with accessing your site’s error logs.
