500 internal server error

  • Hi there,

    This plugin causes “500 internal server error” which is temporary, I mean sometimes it causes this problem and not always that’s why it was so hard for me to find the cause of this problem so I left the plugin into deactivating mode till the owners release the new update so I can update it.
    (this is a message to the owners of this plugin as well)

    Hi @bazzastyleq8,

    The “500 internal server error” usually means that something went wrong on your server side. Please check error.log file of your server and see what errors do you have there.
    If you are not sure where to find the error.log file please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    I got this error too and my error log showed:

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: pages_to_show in /home1/torkcan/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/um-short-functions.php on line 1287
