    Hi @orthoclass

Sometimes internal server error can happen if you are exhausting your PHP memory limit. Have you tried increasing this to see if that helps?

    Hi @orthoclass

Thanks for letting me know what you have tried so far.

While WooCommerce is installed and active, can you please take a look to see if there are any fatal errors being logged for the site. You can access the logs by going to WooCommerce>Status>Logs.

I managed to bring woocommerce back online but i had to disable all the plugins which is definitely not a solution. Nice tip, i found couple of errors in log file. i am sharing most recent error with you.

2020-03-26T13:05:50+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/*****/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1995

    Hi @orthoclass

Glad that you were able to get WooCommerce back up and running.

Regarding the error logged, when your site requires more memory than the default allocated memory, you get to see this error. Here’s a link to explain how to get this fixed:

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
