500 internal server error
-
Hi I have just recently downloaded your plugin to test it and I have got the following error:
500 – Internal Server Error
If you are the webmaster of this site please log in to Cpanel and check the Error Logs. You will find the exact reason for this error there.Common reasons for this error are:
Incorrect file/directory permissions: Above 755.
In order files to be processed by the webserver, their permissions have to be equal or below 755. You can update file permissions with a FTP client or through cPanel’s File Manager.Incorrect Apache directives inside .htaccess file.
Make sure you have not specified unsupported directives inside the local .htaccess file. Such include PHP settings and Apache module settings.—–
So I contacted my web hosting provider to see if its an issue on their end and they have said:
It has the highest available memory_limit set on 768MB as well ( not sure if that would require higher than 768mb memory_limit)I checked the error log in the cPanel and cannot see any logs so that would not be related to htaccess or permissions here
the website is using php v 7.3
I’m using a page builder called thrive architect if that helps. All of my plugins etc are up to date.
Thanks
