    First question: do you have the latest version of RTA installed? It should be version 2.3.1.

    Hello, did you resolve this, I am experiencing same issue at around 700 images, error 500:

    I noticed if I refresh the page the process resumes but only seems to process another 3 images for every page refresh.

    Hello,

    I have same problem with these two guys.
    Yes, I’ve just installed and run RTA 2.3.2.
    My case, it could process only 3% of entire images on server.
