After updating my Woocommerce plugins and APG plugin to latest versions, the cart and checkout pages stopped displaying. I can see “500 internal server error” in the console when checking with developer tool.
If I disable the APG plugin, then the pages are working fine.

Any ideas, what might be causing the server error?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Which version of our plugin are you using? The last one? Did you try the last version?

    Kind regards.

Yes, I have the latest version installed.
I believe the problem is caused by conflict with APG and the Polylang plugin.
Before the latest plugin updates, these plugins were working.

I reverted back to APG plugin version 2.2.1.3 and it’s working now.

Can you think of any significant updates you have done (after version 2.2.1.3) that causes the conflict between Polylang and APG plugin?

    This is the latest updates:

    = 2.2.1.6 =
    * Fixed broken fields.
    = 2.2.1.5 =
    * Support for WPML plugin.
    = 2.2.1.4 =
    * Adjust to optimize WooCommerce Product Bundles compatibility.
    * Fixed bug with WooCommerce Germanized Pro.
    = 2.2.1.3 =
    * Support for WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin.

Probably the 500 error is generated from 2.2.1.5. Can you check this point?

As soon as possible we’ll check the Polylang compatibility.

    Kind regards.

Yes, the 2.2.1.4 version still seems to work.
So it seems the error is from version 2.2.1.5 ?

    Maybe, did you tried it?

    Kind regards.

    (@wordpmoon12)

Sorry, actually, Version 2.2.1.5 seems to be working as well.
So it’s the latest version only that has the problem.

Uhmmm, try install the latest version and save again the configuration. We think that’s the problem.

The latest version is the same than previously but we commented two fields that we’re preparing for future versions.

    Kind regards.

Okay, this is strange. I updated to 2.2.1.6 and the cart problem came back.
Then I installed 2.2.1.5 and the problem was still there…
After going back 2.2.1.4 the problem was gone.

So I am not sure, but it might be that 2.2.1.4 is the last working version after all.

Did you save again the configuration options on the last version?

    Please try this.

We’ll check the Polylang compatibility, but this is very strange ??

    Kind regards.

    Thanks,
Can you confirm where I can save the configuration options?
I am not sure if I am doing it in the correct place

Just press on the shipping zone Edit button to open the shipping methods screen, press on Edit button on our shipping method and then press Save on the shipping method configuration screen.

Do that in all shipping methods created with our plugin.

    Kind regards.

    Fixed on version 2.2.2.

    Kind regards.
