500 Internal Server Error on Products Page

Hi @chrislovessushi how many products are you showing on your backend All Products page?

Just to be clear, this page doesn’t work at all with the plugin enabled. But with it disabled, I have 3 products shown. Also just FYI I’m on PHP 7.2 and I’ve just tried version 7.0 as well with no luck.

Can you also check the error log? The 500 Internal Server error means there’s something wrong with the server but it’s not too clear.

You can go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > then look for the recent error log file.

I’m on the latest version of WordPress and Woocommerce 5.0. When I go to WooCommerce>Status>Logs it is empty. It says test-log.log and it’s blank underneath. Also, there is no error_log file in my public_html/ folder.
