500 Internal Server Error on submission in contact form 7 plugin in wordpress

Internal server error is due to the ajax script. You should look your browser dev console to see if cf7 includes files are properly loaded.

Yesterday I fixed my all error in my website 500 Internal Server Error, you need to restart your computer to solve your problem and clear your browser history.and open again your admin..

when I submit on localhost(server) it submitted successfully but when submit on live server submit contact form gives that error.
any one can tell me what exactly issues regarding with this.
